COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic and Community Health Fair

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming COVID-19 vaccination and community health fair, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 3450 S. Hanover Street, Baltimore, MD 21225.
This event is FREE, and we hope you will join us for COVID-19 vaccinations, wellness education, screenings, and activities.
Our health fair will feature several booths and activities designed to promote healthy living and provide attendees with important health information.
